Sand and Grand Family Home Evening
We had a great time this summer at our Grand Family Reunion. Now for those of you who don't know what Grand FHE is...it is when you get together with your favorite cousins and Great Grandparents(My grandparents) and play. It is the best! We went to the sand dunes and let the kids have a ball! They loved it! We had smores....I know!!! What was I thinking!?....but the kids didn't even seem to notice the sand stuck in their marshmellows :) We had great food and fun! We love our family!

That looks like GRAND fun (glad you squeezed it in before this winter hit!). I can't think of anything that I love more than a Grandma playing with her grandkids like she is a kid. It melts my heart (and usually makes me laugh too). And in your desert defense - what CAN you take to the dunes that ISN'T going to end up having the consistency of an emry board?
ReplyDeleteOh, that makes me miss Ricks! There are so many fun things to do at the dunes! Cleaning up, that's not quite as fun, but it's still worth it
